Erfan Zahraei is a 30 year old product engineer, small business owner, and Nashville native 25+ years. Erfan started Z Mechanical Solutions this year in 2026 to pursue his passion for HVAC/R and work towards sharing heat pump knowledge and adjacent content. In the present, serves as a technical content website for HVAC and Refrigeration. More services will come soon once Erfan is licensed in the State of Tennessee. Erfan has worked in HVAC/R for 6+ years, graduating from the University of Tennessee: Knoxville with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 and starting a job as an HVAC apprentice in 2020. Erfan then went to work as a Product Engineer specializing in Heat Pump Pool Heaters, and is currently pursuing the growth of LLC to pursue his mechanical engineering firm one day. He is familiar with industry standards for AHRI and ASHRAE, as well as UL standards. With a strong hands-on and academic experience, Erfan aims to bring top notch mechanical services to Nashville, TN. Our website at the moment focuses on sharing technical content, and once we are licensed we will have our services available to you!
